Property-practitioner disclosures
Apex Rentals and its practising property practitioners hold the Fidelity Fund Certificates required for the services they perform. The certificates are displayed at our business premises and may be inspected there during normal business hours. Copies are available on request. Practitioner status may also be checked using the PPRA’s independent Practitioner Search.
The PPRA name and linked verification service are used for factual regulatory reference. Apex Rentals does not claim endorsement by, partnership with or ownership of the PPRA or its intellectual property.
Trust-account exemption and payments
Apex Rentals does not operate a trust account and has been granted a full trust-account exemption by the PPRA. Rental and deposit payments administered by Apex Rentals are made electronically through the controlled PayProp payment platform in accordance with the applicable arrangement and payment instructions. Sale deposits, purchase prices and other conveyancing monies must be paid directly to the appointed conveyancing attorneys and not to Apex Rentals.

This website provides general information about Apex Rentals and its services. Although reasonable care is taken, property availability, descriptions, photographs, prices, rental amounts, dimensions, features, service areas and other listing information may change or may originate from owners or third parties. Material details should be independently confirmed before a decision or agreement is made.
Nothing on this website is financial, tax, legal, engineering or investment advice. Property ownership, sale and letting involve risk, and Apex Rentals does not guarantee a tenant, rental return, sale, approval, time period or investment outcome.
No agreement through browsing or submission
Browsing the website, sending an enquiry, arranging a viewing, or submitting a rental application does not create a mandate, lease, sale agreement, representation, guarantee or obligation to accept an application. A transaction is concluded only when the applicable written agreement has been accepted and signed by the authorised parties and any stated requirements have been met.
An electronic message or form submission is treated as received when it enters Apex Rentals’ designated system in a form capable of being retrieved and processed. An automated or on-screen reference confirms technical receipt only; it does not confirm that information is complete, verified or approved.
Intellectual property and external links
Unless stated otherwise, Apex Rentals owns or lawfully uses the website content and Apex Rentals branding. Content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
External links are provided for convenience or verification. Apex Rentals does not control external websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement, membership or partnership.
Privacy, access to information and complaints
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Notice. Requests for records are governed by our PAIA information page and PAIA Manual. Service complaints must be submitted through the online complaints form so that a reference and appropriate record can be created.
Email and confidentiality notice
Emails sent by or on behalf of Apex Rentals may contain confidential or personal information intended for the addressed recipient. If you receive an email in error, please notify the sender, do not use or disclose its contents, and delete the email and attachments. An unintended transmission does not by itself waive any confidentiality or legal privilege that may apply.
An email signature or confidentiality notice does not create a legal privilege where none exists, authorise an unauthorised sender, or by itself conclude, amend or cancel a mandate, lease, sale agreement or payment instruction. The legal effect of a communication depends on its content and context, the sender's authority, applicable law and any required signatures or formalities.
Never act on changed banking or payment instructions received only by email. Independently confirm any change using 076 901 5666 or an established transaction contact. Personal information in email is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Service complaints must be submitted through the online complaints form.
Applicable law and changes
These notices are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. They do not exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apex Rentals may update the website and these notices when its services, systems or legal obligations change. The version published on the website applies from its stated effective date.
