Property-practitioner verification

Registered with the PPRA. Fidelity Fund Certificates are displayed at the Apex Rentals premises and may be inspected during normal business hours. Copies are available on request.

Trust-account position

Apex Rentals does not operate a trust account and has been granted a full trust-account exemption by the PPRA. Rental and deposit payments administered by Apex Rentals are made electronically through PayProp. Sale monies are paid directly to the appointed conveyancing attorneys.

Internal compliance material

Apex Rentals maintains internal compliance policies and records, including its FICA Risk Management and Compliance Programme. These contain operational controls and security-sensitive information and are not public website documents. Records may nevertheless be considered where a valid request or lawful regulatory requirement applies.
