Rentals

At Apex Rentals we strive to provide a transparent service to not only our Owners, but also to our Tenants.

The only upfront fees Tenants can expect are a once-off application fee and contract fee.

No monthly service fees, no entry or exit inspection fees and no cleaning fees if you return the property clean upon exit.

As part of our all-inclusive service to Owners, we do not charge additional fees like inspection fees or other service fees, as our management fee is all inclusive.

Sales

For a Sole mandate, our fixed fee is all inclusive with no additional service fees or charges.

Apex Rentals primarily operates in Pretoria East and surrounding areas. We are, however, not limited to a specific region and may assist in other areas depending on the specific requirements.
