Rental Services offered
We strive to give personal one-stop service and can offer the following services:
• Valuate the property to suggest a market value.
• Market the unit, and show to prospective clients.
• Process applications, do comprehensive credit and background checks.
• Create tailor-made lease agreements for the specific property.
• Collect deposits for safe keeping.
• Do comprehensive entry inspections with photo evidence.
• Create monthly invoices & statements for both Tenants and Landlords.
• Collect monthly rent from the tenant & disburse as required.
• Do bi-annual inspections and report back to the Landlord.
• Pay all bills on behalf of the Landlord, including rates, levy’s & other monthly expenses.
• Arrange repair work including major insurance claims.
• Arrange a 24-hour electrical, plumbing and other emergency services.
• Arrange and facility all legal proceedings as well as eviction orders.
Sales Services offered
For a fixed fee or R39,500 we can offer the following services:
• Valuate the property and provide a marketing strategy.
• Arrange shows once a month.
• Market the property and show prospective clients.
• Arrange & drive all legal documents, contracts & lease with transfer & bond attorneys.
• We can only offer this service at this fee if a sole mandate can be negotiated.
